scenic moab

we left colorado on friday, july 8.  it takes ~3 hrs to get to moab.  the entire drive is beautiful.  the mountains of colorado have beautiful color with the different layers of rock.  and then you get into utah and the surrounding canyons of rock that follow the colorado river is endless.  the route we took went through Castle Valley.

we're staying with a friend of jason's, also named jason!  he's been an incredible host!  letting us sleep in an extra room, showing us around, making tons of wonderful food, taking awesome photos while we're climbing .. very, very gracious of him.  thank you jason (and daisy and sam - his loving dogs!) for all of your hospitality :)

  2. Love the Moab shots! One of my biggest regrets is that we didn't get to climb any of the amazing towers there. The summit shot looks spectacular. Glad Nessa is back and the trip seems to be really taking off for you guys. Rock on!
